90 minute initial clinical assessment with myself including taking your medical history and a range of measurements. I will take your blood pressure, heart rate, perform a short exercise test, take your body measurements, set some achievable goals and talk through your current diet.
Health plan created in liaison with your doctor
5 further 60 minute exercise sessions (1 session per week for 6 weeks).
Having someone on the end of a phone to ask questions - support via email, text and phone.

Initial assessment with a Clinical Nurse including your health, medical, exercise and nutritional history. A range of body measurements are taken, including heart rate, blood pressure, bodyfat, circumferences and energy levels. A short exercise test is included.

Nutritional analysis of your current diet - step by step changes needed each week to optimise your recovery and energy levels.
12 (once a week) or 24 (twice per week) 60 minute sessions tailored to your goals.
